If I were you I would do research on the doctors doing the laser surgery. Your eyes are not something to mess around with. You always hear these horror tales of people going to uncommon countries to get plastic surgery done, and in some cases they die. Rather safe than sorry

It is suppose to be, but cheaper is not always better. If the person doing this procedure is not reputable, you could end up blind. i knew a woman that had the procedure done by a doctor that did not believe in God and he blinded her.
